Overview:
Once your project is integrated, you’ll see a new “External Data” page in the side menu. Here’s how to use it:
Navigating External Data
Tabs: Each resource type (Campaigns, Ad Sets, Ads) has its own tab.
Sync Status: See if records are Synced, Unsynced, Out of Sync, or Outdated.
History Tab: Review previous sync runs, including run time, new/updated rows, and status.
Understanding Sync Statuses
Synced: Data matches between Accutics and the platform.
Unsynced: No match found.
Out of Sync: Data differs between Accutics and the platform.
Outdated: Data no longer meets extraction conditions (e.g., campaign paused).
Matching & Editing
Matching is automatic based on configured keys.
If you edit a record in Accutics or the platform, the sync status updates at the next import.
Out-of-sync records can be fixed by aligning values in either Accutics or the platform.
Version History
Every sync adds a new version to each record’s history, showing changes from the external platform.
Pushing Updates
You can push updated values from Accutics back to the platform (one by one).
System-created changes are not pushed automatically.
Tip:
Unmatched external rows can always be edited, even if project edit restrictions are in place.
