New
SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO)
We are introducing SAML 2.0 Single Sign-0n to boost both data security and user convenience.
SSO simplifies user authentication by using a set of credentials managed by your organization. Admins can enable SSO from Account settings and require it as login method for users upon invitation.
This allow yous to enhance login security by reducing the risk associated with a weak passwords or password reuse while also providing users with a more seamless flow.
Learn more about how to set up and require SSO here.
Login flow
As we introduced more security settings, the login flow also changed to accommodate the different authentication methods.
- Credentials
This is the default login method when no security setting is set. It involves entering an email and then a password as credentials.
- MFA
If MFA is enabled for the account, users will also be requested an OTP on top of email and password. Learn more about how MFA works here.
- SSO
Users who are required SSO will be provided a custom SSO login URL to use for login.
Google Cloud Storage Connector
With the new Google connector, you can automatically export your records to a bucket in your Cloud Storage. Connection is established with your Google account, so all you need to do is add the bucket name.
Connection setup
- Sign in with Google
- Add the bucket name from Cloud Storage

Keyboard shortcuts for selecting rows
We've expanded the use of keyboard shortcuts to streamline operations within Accutics.
Shift-click to select multiple rows in all tables
Hold down Shift and click on a checkbox to select multiple rows at once
Previously introduced for the Bulk create table only, it is now available for all tables in Accutics Standardize.
For details and various examples, refer to the release notes here.
Cmd-click to select/unselect a row in Bulk create table
Mac: Command-click on row > Select/Unselect
Windows: Control-click > Select/Unselect
We previously released the shortcut Cmd-click to access quick actions to duplicate and delete rows more easily in the Bulk create table. We added the unselect/select action to the menu now.
For details on the quick actions menu, refer to the release notes here.
Collapsed history chart on Overview page
The History chart has been moved and is now hidden by default to streamline the user interface.
Click on the Chart button located on the top right of the Records table to view the History chart when needed. This change aims to provide a more focused overview of records.
Improved
Name changes
As part of our ongoing effort to enhance clarity and coherence in our specific terminology, we’ve made some further name changes.
The first name change concerns the structure in Accutics Standardize:
- ‘Company’ becomes ‘Account’
- ‘Brand’ becomes ‘Division’
Hence, the new hierarchy is now: Account > Division > Workspace > Project
Secondly, we aligned our terminology for creating records and saving configurations:
- Submit
This term is used when you're completing the the creation of records or editing created ones in the Create form, Bulk create table, and the Edit record panel.
- Publish
This terms is used for configurations that are immediately updated across the project or account upon saving. This includes saving the Project configuration, as well as the Datasets and Shared datasets pages.
Extended validity of email invites
We've extended the duration for token expiration in email invites, giving new users up to 28 days to accept the invite and activate their profiles. This aims to provide you with more flexibility and reduce time constraints.
Enhanced performance of the Bulk create table
We've significantly improved the performance of the Bulk create table, resulting in a faster and more responsive workspace. This means, improved reactivity to your actions and reduced wait time when processing multiple records, whether you’re creating, editing, or submitting them.
Moreover, we’ve expanded the clickable area for selecting and deselecting rows to cover the entire width of the first column.
Enhanced performance when importing dataset options
Lastly, we’ve also optimized data handling for importing large amounts of options from a file to a dataset. This results in significantly reduced wait time. You can now, for example, import 100,000 options in under a minute.
