In this release, we're introducing more flexibility when working with presets, the ability to customize QR codes, and bulk actions for managing users. In addition to a more accessible support flow, we're also progressing with the development of a unified approach to handle datasets and dependencies.

Sharing and overwriting presets
Sharing presets with all project members
Building on the existing Presets feature, you can now decide whether to save presets privately or share them with all project members.
Note: Users with a Contributor role can access shared presets but are limited to creating private ones.
Hence:
- Fill in the Create form
Fill in the input values you want to save for later
- Save preset
- Name the preset
- Choose the level of access (private or shared)
- Save
The preset will now be saved under the corresponding sections:
- My presets. Only you can see and use these presets.
- Presets for everyone. Everyone in the project can see and access these presets.
Using the preset works as usual. Simply click on an existing preset to autocomplete the Create form with the input values you saved.
Updating an existing preset
Additionally, you have now the option to update existing presets by overwriting them with a new set of values. This can be useful when a preset becomes invalid, allowing you to update it without the need to delete it and save a new one.
To do so, fill in the form with the new values you'd like to save > locate the preset to update > ... > 'Overwrite'
Note: A preset becomes invalid when some of the original fields or values saved in the presets have been edited or deleted.
If you have access to share presets, you can also edit the existing preset to change its level of access.
Locate the preset > ... > 'Edit' > Edit the preset as needed > 'Save'
Generating branded QR codes
Customize your QR codes to align them with your brand. To do so, simply set your preferences when generating a QR code for URL outputs.
From a URL output in a record, click 'Get QR code'. Then, you can customize:
- Adjust redundancy.
Also known as the error correction level, it determines how much extra information is added to the QR code. This ensures that the QR code can be scanned even if parts of it are not visible.
- Add image
Include your logo or any other image in .png format.
- Set color
Define either or both colors of the QR code and background.
- Image format
Choose between a .png or .svg file format.
Note: When choosing .png, the pixel size is that of the QR code. The final image will include an additional 10% for the background.
A live preview is displayed on the top right, providing a real-time glimpse of your customized QR code.
Tip: Consider leveraging Branded short URLs for your QR codes. This enables the creation of dynamic QR codes, where the destination URL can easily be changed as your needs evolve, without having to edit the QR code.
Bulk action in the Users table
To ease the management of users, we introduced bulk selection and actions in the Users table.
For active users, you can now select multiple users and then delete them at once.
For invited users, you can also select multiple users to revoke or resend invites in bulk.
Tip: Use the Cmd-click shortcut for quick bulk selection.

Dataset manager
As mentioned in our previous release notes, we are working on a new Dataset manager with a revised configuration for dependencies. This involves substantial infrastructural changes, aimed at ensuring a consistent user experience regardless of the number of values or dependencies in use.
As a result, Datasets will become a separate entity, distinct from select fields (Dropdown and Multiselect), and pave the way towards having multiple dependencies for a single dataset.
At present, we're in the final development stage, fine-tuning the feature to meet our standards. In the coming weeks, the feature will undergo an initial testing phase, followed by an additional thorough testing phase before the official release. We'll be in touch with more details soon.
